Martin T. Foy Jr., R.Ph., CCP, FASCP
Marty is the President of Certified Consultant Pharmacists, Inc., a long term care based consulting company. Graduated Long Island University Brooklyn College of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy in 1986, and is a licensed Pharmacist in New Jersey, New York & Florida. He is a registered Naturopath in The District of Columbia. Marty has over thirty years of practical experience in long term care pharmacy as both a provider and consultant pharmacist. Marty is a certified consultant pharmacist by examination and is a member on the New Jersey Joint Board for Certification of Consultant Pharmacists, American Pharmacist Association, New Jersey Pharmacist Association, NJ Academy of Consultant Pharmacists and is a Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists. His areas of practice in the field of consulting include Adult and Pediatric Medical Day Care, Intermediate Care, Long Term Care and Residential Care Facilities, Boarding Homes, Assisted Living Facilities, Correctional Facilities, Dialysis and Detoxification Centers and Pediatric Medical Group Homes. He is a Certified Medication Aide Trainer in Assisted Living Residences, Comprehensive Personal Care Homes and Assisted Living Programs in the State of New Jersey.
Shadi Ahmed, PharmD, CCP
Shadi earned his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Long Island University College of Pharmacy in 2005, and is a licensed consultant pharmacist in New York and New Jersey. He specialized in clinical pharmacy at St Vincent's Hospital NYC and Staten Island University Hospital. He has more than 10 years of retail experience, with four years as a registered pharmacist, all spent in long term care.
Vidhi Parikh, PharmD
Vidhi graduated in 2009 with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. She is licensed in New York and New Jersey and has over 5 years of experience working in retail pharmacy. She is a member of American Pharmacist Association.
Adriana Pezzullo-Sanchez, R.Ph.
Adrianna is a graduate Brooklyn College of Pharmacy in 1984 has been practicing as a certified consultant pharmacist in New Jersey for over 15 years. Adrianna is certified consultant pharmacist by examination by the New Jersey Joint Board for Certification of Consultant Pharmacists and NJ Academy of Consultant. Her practice setting are Skilled Nursing Facilities, Residential care, and Adult Medical Day Care. Her understanding of the regulation in her practice setting is balance with her passion for patient care and commitment to her profession.
Robert Mcnulty, R.Ph., CCP.
Bob graduated from St John's University College of Pharmacy with a BS in Pharmacy in 1977. He has been a Registered Pharmacist for over 30 years. He brings with him experience in Managed Care, Ambulatory Care, and LTC Provider Pharmacy. Bob is a member of ASCP, APhA, and NJPhA and currently serves as Vice President of Continuing Education for NJPhA Region 3.
